This is a modern complex that was established in 2010 in the traditional village Skoutelonas of Kolimbari. The “Selini Villas” consists of eight (8) beautiful individual villas, built in two levels and located in a unique environment.

Each villa has been created based on the needs of modern man for privacy, peace and relaxation away from noise and unwanted visitors. Each building is itself a private area of ​​accommodation. The decoration was made with love and passion aiming to the development of a comfortable, luxurious and also hospitable space. Each villa is equipped with all modern comforts giving visitors the feeling that they are in their own home.

The surrounding area of ​​“Selini Villas” is an oasis of natural beauty as it consists of an exotic garden adorned with trees and flowers of Crete. Here, visitors can taste the delicious fruits of apricot tree and orange enjoying the sea breeze.

The private swimming pool of each villa gives its own touch to the picture of “Selini Villas” offering a unique sense of luxury to the quests.

The carefully selected location of the complex “Selini Villas” next to the blue Cretan sea, the authentic environment of natural beauty and the modern furnishings of each villa create an ideal atmosphere of hospitality for families, groups of friends or couples who wish to enjoy unique and unforgettable holiday.

Culture and history, Sea and mountain, past and future are just some of the features of magnificent Crete. In this admirable island, one meets the newly built luxurious complex of “Selini Villas” that is situated in a beautiful location of Chania Prefecture and only a few meters from the sea.

Welcome to Selini Villas

The main concern of the owners of “Selini Villas” is to create excellent accommodation for those who will choose the complex to spend their vacation. So, all the houses of the complex provide the necessary facilities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The “Selini Villas” complex is built in a beautiful and unspoilt landscape near a quiet beach with crystal clear waters. Each villa of the complex is a small maisonette 110 sq.m Plus 75 sq.m basement with two (2) floors and it can accommodate up to 7 people. The first floor consists of one (1) bedroom with two (2) single beds, one (1) bathroom with shower, the kitchen of the villa and a big space living room.
The kitchen is a comfortable place, fully equipped with all appliances and cooking utensils including a table and chairs. Here, the visitors can prepare and enjoy delicacies of their choice of food as in their own house.

The living room of the villa is a modern, cozy designed space since its decoration was made giving great attention to details so as a warm and relaxing atmosphere is created. It includes a dining table with chairs, two (2) comfortable sofas, a small coffee table and a modern Plasma TV with CD / DVD. So, the tenant can relax all day enjoying the movie or the music of his choice.

On the second floor of each villa there are two (2) bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom has two (2) single beds while the other has one (1) double bed with orthopedic mattresses ideal to offer a relaxing break after a busy vacation day. Upon request, an extra bed can be added.

All floors of each villa of “Selini Villas” are surrounded by terraces and spacious balconies which offer spectacular views of the garden or the swimming pool. The guests can admire the wild beauty of nature and enjoy the tranquility that it offers relaxing on the comfortable chairs of their balcony.

Each villa has its own private pool where the resident can swim or rest in one of the lounge chairs safe from prying eyes. The complex “Selini Villas” was created for those who wish to have their own personal space and all the necessary amenities ensuring the absolutely tranquility and relaxation during their holidays.
